How do I get started?
  

Visit Consultation  Jesse Connell or Jd Schmidt will visit your home and/or property to walk and talk with you about your ideas and goals.  This enables us to consult accurately in creating your vision.
   
    
What happens next?

Unique Design  
• One option may be that you, the client, has already met with a designer/architect who has provided you with working drawings.  These general plans are a perfect way to begin our Visit Consultation.

• Another option, if meeting with a designer/architect has not occurred, would be to use a member of our team to provide consultation and fashion creative solutions for your working drawings.

Affordable Luxury  Connell and Schmidt creates a general budget proposal specifically for you and your home based on the working drawings.

Finishes Selection  After the general budget proposal has been agreed upon, together we choose the finishes you desire to complete your vision (tile, flooring, lighting, plumbing fixtures).

Production   Solid Building Practices begin and our fine craftsmanship prepares the framework and completes the details of your home.
            
Ongoing Evaluation  CSB provide on site monitoring providing quality control throughout Production.
    
Walk Through Guarantee At the conclusion of construction we will walk through your new or remodeled home, satisfaction guaranteed. Connell and Schmidt will leave having created both a unique and comfortable living space as well as a valued relationship with you, our client.
