     Connell & Schmidt Builders (CSB) is a full-service residential building company serving the DC Metro area. Our team of project managers, carpenters, and skilled technicians is licensed and insured to perform residential building and home improvement contracts in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC. Equipped to work with our clients in all phases of construction, we provide personal service from initial design through product delivery.

     The overall objective of our team is to incorporate our unique design practices and fine craftsmanship into the client’s vision, resulting in seamless integration. All projects, large or small, receive our dedicated effort and attention to detail. We realize that every project is different, comprised of its own unique challenges. However, the greatest strength we posses as a company is our innovative thinking in overcoming these challenges, while also providing peace of mind to our clients.

     Our services encompass all aspects of residential building.
