Victorian Style Row House
This classic Washington DC row home was completely rebuilt from the ground up, replicating all of the original Victorian details. When they were built in 1910, they were Grand row homes, but have been run down and vacant for the past 20 years. Now, this neighborhood is flourishing as one of the new hot spots in DC to invest in. This row home is rich with architectural details, and has been brought back to its original style and grandeur, while adding all of the luxurious modern conveniences that people look for in a home.
Modern Row Home
This Mount Pleasant row house was originally built in 1910, overlooking the Rock Creek Park in Washington, DC on a beautiful elevated lot with vies of the National Cathedral. The original building had never been updated and was in complete need of reconstruction and repair, as a result of being vacant for many years.
The home now boasts many custom architectural works of art. Exquisite details include a solid cherry staircase with stainless steel cable railings, custom hard maple parque floors throughout the home, solid 1 /34 inch thick custom cherry doors, sliding bedroom walls, luxurious water fixtures with high pressure flow, a central data system, and custom cherry kitchen cabinets.
Chevy Chase Addition
This 750 sf. Chevy Chase addition was built on the back of the home owners brick colonial home. The addition integrated a new living room, an extension to the kitchen, a new laundry room, and a home office with built in desks and furniture. The interior floors are heated with radiant floor heat beneath the tile. The exterior of the addition was done with all low maintenance materials. The previously unusable back yard was turned into a great outdoor space by removing dirt, and adding a hard scape patio.
